(Yesterday I died (A poem

Yesterday I died.

I fell to the ground,

I wept and I bled,

And I laid there and died.

It was so sudden,

Like the blink of an eye.

And my whole world crashed,

And fell apart on the spot.

It was a moment of clarity.

I finally began to really see.

See all the things around me.

How different they seem to be.

"Don't be afraid my soul, be still."

When I died, I felt so simple and calm.

All the pains, all the unshed tears were all gone.

The new pain I felt was so sweet and so warm,

This pain was a thousand times more painful,

But it was worth it every second of the time.

When I died things began to clear

The masks fell down and everybody's face appeared.

My heart broke into thousand pieces, and my dear…

It hurt so greatly and I felt a world of fear.

You slowly tried to steer clear,

And I began to see your heart crystal clear.

It wasn't pure but it was still my dear

You looked into my eyes and I avoided you, insincere,

But deep down, I knew our magical mystical love

Was still, oh, so near, near, near…
